What it is
Roostwood is a SaaS configurator for carpentry workshops: it lets you design custom wardrobes immersively, with real-time 3D rendering, and automatically generates the quote and the cut lists from the design itself. It is built for the workshop's day-to-day —touch-first, usable with the customer present— so that configuring stops being the slow part of selling a wardrobe.

The LLM copilot
The differential piece is an LLM copilot over the 3D design. The model never touches geometry directly: it emits structured mutations against a typed semantic model of the furniture, and geometry regenerates deterministically from that model. Asking «make this module wider and give it two drawers» always yields a valid, measurable, quotable wardrobe, with no broken geometry and no random results.

End-to-end agentic development
Roostwood is built end-to-end with agentic development: autonomous nightly repo audits, automated pull request reviews and agents embedded in the daily workflow. The product doubles as a demonstration of the approach I apply in consulting: AI in the product and AI in the process of building it.
Status
Roostwood can already be tried: the public website offers an interactive demo of the configurator and subscription-free pricing, paying per finished wardrobe. The product keeps being refined with the carpenters who use it every day.
